Located on Kurnai Land in the heart of West Gippsland, Goodstart Drouin provides quality childcare and early learning in a warm, inclusive and family-focused environment. Just a five-minute walk from Drouin Railway Station and the town centre, our smaller centre offers a welcoming community where every child and family is known, valued and supported.
Our experienced, multicultural educators create meaningful, child-led learning experiences that celebrate each child's interests, strengths and cultural background. With strong family partnerships, engaging outdoor spaces and dedicated kindergarten programs, we support children to grow in confidence, build connections and develop a lifelong love of learning.
At Goodstart Drouin, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore their world at their own pace. Our educators thoughtfully plan play-based learning experiences that build on children's natural curiosity, interests and individual developmental needs, while encouraging confidence, creativity and independence. Through outdoor exploration, community connections and regular incursions and excursions, children have opportunities to discover new interests, develop friendships and build meaningful connections with the world around them. We value open communication and strong partnerships with families, working together to celebrate each child's achievements and support their learning journey from nursery through to kindergarten.
Book a tour of Goodstart Drouin to meet our experienced educators, explore our learning environments and discover what makes our centre special. Come and see our centre for yourself and experience a welcoming early learning community where every child is encouraged to belong, learn and thrive.

I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Teaching and I bring over seven years of experience in early childhood education across both private and nonprofit services in Victoria. During this time, I’ve worked as an Early childhood teacher and as part of Centre leadership team at another Goodstart service.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing, and high-quality learning environments where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to thrive. I look forward to building strong partnerships with families and the community as we work together to give every child the best possible start in life.
My Early Learning values:
I believe that when children feel safe, valued, and supported in their early years, they develop the confidence and curiosity needed to thrive throughout their learning journey.
A little more about me:
I’m a new mum to a little boy, which has given me a fresh perspective on early childhood development and the importance of creating safe, engaging spaces for young learners. I love spending time with my family and discovering new experiences—whether it’s exploring nature, trying new activities, or simply enjoying special moments together. These experiences inspire how I connect with children and families in my work.
Why your child should spend the day with me (and the amazing team at Goodstart Drouin:
